Before diving in and posting my trades here, and in order to bring everyone up to par with the trading method; i would like to direct you the the following links to get yourself familiarized with the Ichimoku history and different trading methods.

First go through the ICHIWIKI document compiled by “Manish Patel” and get your feet wet with the history and many trading methods possible with this system.

One other great location to visit is the Ichimoku Forum on Forex Factory. almost 900 pages packed with great posts, tools and dedicated contributors. it is a must if you are serious to be successful trading this method. You can also access this forum from the “COOL LINKS” section of my blog.

one thing that you really should not miss is Asher’s Blog for FOREX and CFD trading using Ichimoku system. it is packed with great analysis, tools and advice from a great trader.

EURCAD Long 2nd July

This is the third effort to jump in long in this pair. This one was great, entry time was good and price goes almost 120Pips in my favor. I put my stop at break even and I was deciding to let this one run for as long as possible. Still thinking about this that it suddenly came all the way down, hit my stop loss and get back up 70 Pips. I was shocked; this is really a challenge for me to decide to be a short term trader or a long term one. was stopped out at break even.

EURUSD LONG 1st July

Entered this trade day before the NFP report but the signal was good so I decided to jump in, in a hope to get to break even before the announcement.

Entry: 1.2511

Original Stop: 1.2428

trade went almost 100 Pips in my direction and then started bouncing up and down. since it was Friday i decided to get out and not have a trade open during the weekend and then face a big gap down on the Sunday open.

i managed to get 70Pips on this one. here are the charts:
